Howard Moore brings more than 20 years of technology consulting experience. In 2004, he co-founded Keste and was appointed Chief Executive Officer, managing business development and global operations. Prior to leading Keste, Howard was an executive for EADS (parent company of AirBus) where he built a shared services platform for North America and led efforts in Europe to restructure the global IT operations for the company’s communications division. He also founded ALTURA, a business process outsourcing company focused on critical employee-based processes for multi-unit operations. Howard has been recognized as finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and currently serves on Oracle’s Executive Partner Advisory Board. Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Edward was co-founder and CEO of interRel Consulting, a five-time Oracle EPM & Analytics partner of the year. During his career that spans more than 30 years, he has engaged in all aspects of Enterprise Performance Management and FP&A, including planning, consolidation, reporting, and analysis. He believes strongly in a data-driven approach to EPM to enable better, faster decision-making. In addition to having a Master of Data Science in Business Analytics from SMU, he is the co-author of the bestselling book series Look Smarter than You Are with Hyperion. Edward is also an Oracle ACE Director, the highest distinction Oracle offers and has been awarded “Speaker of the Year” at the largest Oracle BI/EPM Conference in the world. 

Nima Bakhtiary has extensive leadership expertise combined with more than 20 year of consulting experience for enterprise resource planning (ERP), product life cycle management (PLM), advanced planning and scheduling (APS), demand planning, lean and just-in-time manufacturing solutions. Previously, Nima co-founded Arbela Technologies and guided its growth and expansion by adhering to a simple business philosophy: delight clients by delivering value through high integrity, transparency, expertise and alignment with clients' needs and goals.

With 20+ years of consulting experience, Matt has established a solid reputation as a thought leader in the supply chain digital transformation arena. Prior to joining Argano, Matt founded SCMO₂ and performed the Chief Executive Officer role since 2003 where he led the growth of the company to become an SAP Gold Partner and one of SAP’s premier digital supply chain partners.  At Argano, Matt was responsible for the strategic direction of the SAP business and instrumental in integrating multiple joiner businesses into one organization and go-to-market approach. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Billy has 25+ years of experience leading early- and late-stage organizations within the software and services industries. Prior to joining Argano, where he managed the Salesforce business, Billy was co-founder of aMind, a global leader in lead-to-cash solutions. Billy’s experience in guiding businesses towards becoming a leading Salesforce partner aligns with Argano’s vision of being a trusted advisor for companies looking to transform how they engage their customers.  

Bringing 30+ years of consulting experience, Kirk has held IT leadership positions in the construction and
manufacturing and distribution industries. Prior to joining Argano, Kirk founded leading Oracle consulting firm CSS, elevating the company to Oracle Platinum Partner status and multiple Oracle ERP Partner of the Year awards. He currently serves as Chairman of the Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation, working closely with its Director to attract and promote Charleston’s technology companies and knowledge-based economy.

Aditya is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur within the SAP partner ecosystem. With 25+ years of experience managing P&L, senior sales teams, and top-line growth, he has delivered consulting services for clients across the globe. Prior to joining Argano, Aditya was CEO and Managing Partner of Echelon Solution Group, where he oversaw strategic direction and key accounts. Bringing extensive solution experience and a passion for exceeding client expectations, Aditya has a proven track record as a trusted advisor, delivering engagements on time and on budget. His industry experience spans across various industries, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, financial services, and consumer packaged goods. Aditya holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management.
